Pupils of the Dancers School were chosen to perform in the Pavilion Theatre's professional pantomine for the 2014-15 Season.
“I had a fantastic time performing as a dwarf and dancer in the pantomime Snow White. It was a geat opportunity to be able to work with professional actors. The dwarf costumes were brilliant and made us all laugh at one another, because we all looked so funny in them!
Everyone was really friendly backstage and I have gained many happy memories that I shall cherish forever. The show ran for almost a month, but I had so much fun that the time flew by, and I can't wait to be in another show soon.”
“Being able to take part in Snow White was a very exciting experience. We were allocated to be in either the red team or the blue team. I got chosen for the red team. Then started the many weeks of rehearsals when we started to learn our dance routines and the dwarf movements which were great fun. Then finally came the first performance. I felt mixed feelings of nerves and excitement as we waited in the wings to go onstage. In the dressing room, helpers were ready for our quick costume changes. Before we knew it , the first performance had come to an end. The rest of the cast were very kind and helpful to us. We all worked really well as a team and I personally loved every second. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone for giving me the opportunity to be in Snow White."
